 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just checked the new aerator and noticed the case has shifted on the 2 concrete blocks over the years (I never noticed before) so the top is no longer secured by screws to the base and only 1 of 4 screws are in the holes to secure it. This issue may  have existed before you started to service our septic system in 2023.
